Compensation And Benefits
The standard base pay range for this role in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, and Washington is \(34.30 - \)54.70 hourly. In addition to a competitive salary, this role is eligible for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage intricate scheduling and calendaring for multiple leaders operating across different time zones.
- Prioritize an array of requests and incoming information, ensuring that each is addressed with the appropriate level of urgency.
- Collaborate closely with the VP and Senior Directors, as well as other leaders and assistants, to align schedules with strategic priorities.
- Facilitate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports as required.
- Assist in planning meetings and preparing necessary materials, including logistics, agendas, and presentation slides.
- Coordinate the details of significant departmental meetings and events, including team-building activities.
- Manage miscellaneous responsibilities, such as organizing catering for larger group meetings.
- Support filing, research, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships across all departments.
- Take responsibility for small to medium-sized projects and programs when necessary.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in providing support to multiple executives in a high-tech or startup environment.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work harmoniously with diverse personalities.
- Advanced proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides).
- Must demonstrate the ability to multitask, work autonomously, establish priorities, and function under pressure to meet fluctuating deadlines.
- A proactive problem-solver who can analyze situations thoroughly and anticipate potential challenges.
- Comfortable with adapting to changes and responding swiftly to urgent needs.
- A high degree of professionalism is essential when interacting with senior professionals internally and externally.
- Must be reliable and accessible, leveraging technology effectively to enhance asynchronous workflows.
- Availability for a minimum of 25% annual travel and ability to work within the hours of 8 AM - 3 PM PDT is desired.
