Claim Operations Vice President

Title: Vice President of Claim Operations

Location: Torrance, CA

Compensation: \(250k - \)300k On-Target Earnings

We are seeking an accomplished executive leader to take charge of our claims operations as the Vice President of Claim Operations. Reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer, this pivotal role is responsible for steering operational excellence within our claims department, encompassing the management of both adjusting and field claims operations. The successful candidate will ensure that claim performance meets established service standards while also enhancing both employee and network satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Furthermore, the VP will oversee budget adherence and nurture a culture of accountability throughout the claims teams.

Compensation And Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): \(250k - \)300k
• Base Salary: $175k
• Performance-based bonuses: $30k quarterly target, uncapped
• 401k plan with a 10% match (eligible after one year of service)
