Position Overview:
The Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of our hospitality operations, ensuring that our services consistently meet the high standards expected by our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. This position reports directly to the President and plays a critical role in driving our business strategy and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
-Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Globiwest Hospitality's goals and objectives.
-Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
-Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop operational management teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
-Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics to maximize profitability and reduce costs.
-Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce standards and procedures to ensure a positive guest experience and compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate operational processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance productivity.
-Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
-Market Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and multiple operational functions.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
