What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mission Advancement Manager position at Association of the Miraculous Medal?
The Mission Advancement Manager is responsible for Association activities related to development including major gifts, capital campaigns, and charitable giving.
Qualifications: Preference is given to degrees in a related field, and/or those with experience in sales and fundraising. Must have knowledge and a passion for Catholic spirituality with a particular belief in and support of devotion to the Blessed Mother. Must have an understanding of and be enthusiastic about the mission, history, and vision of the Association and the Vincentians as well as have a personal concern for our members. Must be willing to travel nationally, especially to visit members, as the job requires. This person must have a strong work ethic and independently manage a particular region with little supervision while cultivating new and larger gifts. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion is critical, as well as being organized. The Mission Advancement Manager is expected to have excellent grammar and communication skills. Must acquire a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and the computerized donor record system. This is a full-time position. Must work on-site and be flexible with working hours.

Pay: $24.50 - $36.50 per hour
