- Develop a clear, actionable plan with key initiatives for strategic planning, collective bargaining, marketing, and public relations ">
- Enhance board governance and engagement through training, strategic succession planning, and best practices ">
Requirements and Skills
">The ideal candidate will possess:

- A minimum of 5 years of non-profit senior leadership experience, preferably with a membership association ">
- A bachelor's degree in public policy, nonprofit management, or business administration; a master's degree is preferred ">
- Experience in the long-term care industry is a plus ">
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and sound financial management ">
- Collective bargaining and negotiating experience is strongly preferred ">
- Excellent managerial skills to engage and retain staff ">
- Strategic thinking and planning, with the ability to translate vision into action ">
- Data analysis skills to interpret data from state reports and inform market strategies ">
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ">

Benefits and Compensation
">We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $170,000-$200,000 depending on experience, as well as performance-based bonuses, health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, vacation days, sick days, and paid holidays.
