Your Role:

As an EMT at Assurance Health, you will:

• Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to our geriatric patients, ensuring their physical and mental well-being.
• Collaborate: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate: Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Advocate: Serve as an advocate for your patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care in a safe and supportive environment.
• Innovate: Bring your ideas and enthusiasm to help us continuously improve our care practices and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Licensed/Cert EMT: Must have an active EMT cert or license in the state of Indiana.
• Experience: Previous experience in psychiatric or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate: A genuine passion for working with the elderly and providing compassionate care.
• Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexible: Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of our patients and the facility.
