The Inside Sales Role is the center point for all sales activities. We are looking for a diverse, driven, and dynamic person who is excited to join the successful team at Assurance Technologies Inc. Our organization is a distributor of equipment that supports engineering & quality departments within the manufacturing industry.
We currently have an opening for an inside sales role who's responsibility is to manage incoming quote requests, process incoming orders, and support capital equipment projects. The ideal candidate should enjoy the technical side of B2B sales, and like to think outside the box when problem solving as the company supports 3,000 manufacturers, all of which have their own requirements and expectations. If a candidate has inside sales prospecting experience there is an opportunity to incorporate that into the role with growth opportunities into a business development/account manager.

- Communication: Candidate must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Technical Skills: Ability to problem solve, navigate technical channels to find solutions for customer and execute technical quoting structure
- Computer Skills: Candidate must be proficient using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & Outlook Email. QuickBooks knowledge also preferred
- Attention to Detail: Must keep work free of errors when updating equipment records and documents
- Work Skills: Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- First point of contact in RFQ process
- Management of customer expectations in RFQ process
- Order Confirmations
- Vendor Sourcing
- Quote Execution
- Order Receipt
- Manage/Track Orders & Customer Deliveries / Call and check on status
- Transition & Inform customers to eCommerce portal
- Collaborate with Outside Rep to pursue potential customers (commission program eligible once hire demonstrates ability to handle technical aspects of role)
