Senior Electronics Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer to support the manufacture, test, and shipment of high-reliability products at our Chelmsford, MA facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the manufacture, test, and shipment of high-reliability electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assemblies
• Collaborate with engineers, production, and quality control inspectors to resolve quality-related issues
• Participate in failure and non-conformance investigations working towards Root Cause and Corrective Actions
• Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings and manufacturing processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in a similar role
• Prior experience with J-STD-001, IPC-610, and/or NASA 8739 and/or related inspection criteria
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and self-motivation
• US citizenship is required
