✨ What You'll Do
🎯 Be the Licensing & Compliance Ninja
- Keep our licenses, CLIA certificates, and Medicare revalidations in check—always ahead of the game.
- Ensure we ace inspections (yes, even the fire department ones).
📋 Own the HR Operations
- Partner with our benefits broker so our team knows what’s covered, when, and how to enroll.
- Manage timecards, payroll accuracy, and track those PTO requests like a champ.
