Family Support Coordinator Position
Assured Case Management Services provides family support coordination services to infants and toddlers from birth
to three years old. Our services are designed to assist our families in enhancing their
child's development.
We are seeking full-time FAMILY SUPPORT COORDINATORS to support our program
in Region 7.
Our ideal candidate for this position has
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a human services related field or a degree in
liberal arts or general studies with a concentration of at least 16 hours in a related
field
- Experience in family support, case management or a related field;
- Experience in or the ability to facilitate meetings
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills;
- The ability to prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
The skills outlined above equip our Family Support Coordinators to provide quality case
management services to every client. Key responsibilities of this position include, but
are not limited to:
- Maintaining records for each client served.
- Providing guidance and support to families via 1:1 meetings.
- Documenting client progress in a timely manner.
- Completing forms and reports as required by Federal and State regulations.
Satisfactory background check and drug screen results are required for employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
