We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director, RN to lead our home health care operations team at Assured Home Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct patient care operations, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to our patients.
- Coordinate projects to support the company's objectives and implement administrative practices that comply with state and federal regulations.
- Supervise staff to ensure they are informed through regular conferences and mandatory in-services.
- Ensure coordination with physicians, families, and other clinicians involved in care as appropriate.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- One year of supervisory and/or management experience in a home health setting or related healthcare setting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and document information accurately.
