We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled clinical leader to join our team as a Clinical Director, Registered Nurse at Assured Home Health. As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing the patient care operations of our home health facility.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company.
- Oversight of the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients, and supervising their total home health care.
- Implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies that ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Enhancing the profitability of the agency and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff.
- Ensuring the quality of services delivered and acting as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.
Requirements:
- If Clinical Director is an RN, must have current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification required.
- If Clinical Director another clinical discipline (PT/OT/SLP), must have current applicable license in the state.
- One year of supervisory and/or management experience in a home health setting or related healthcare setting preferred.
- Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
