Assured Management currently has an immediate opening for an experienced full cycle HOA Accounting Manager. Accounting Managers must provide exceptional customer service with the ability to assist homeowners in bringing their accounts current as well as to update Board Members of the financial status of the Association. Organizational and time management skills are essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• A/R
• Collections
• A/P
• Bank reconciliation
• Budgeting
• Financial preparation & presentation
Required Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
• Possess a reliable vehicle or transportation
• Customer service experience
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Ability to work independently, and also in a team environment
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with Caliber Software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail oriented; well organized
• Excellent time management
• Ability to prioritize
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Must represent the organization in a positive and professional manner
