Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Onsite HOA Manager to oversee the operations and management of our homeowners' association. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the homeowners' association, ensuring compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of community facilities, coordinating with contractors and service providers as necessary.
- Negotiate contracts for services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met.
- Facilitate communication between homeowners and the board, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Implement community programs that promote resident engagement and enhance property value.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, financial transactions, and community activities.
- Ensure compliance with Section 8 regulations and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements where applicable.
- Develop budgets and manage financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility within the association.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation processes is required.
- Experience with conflict management strategies to resolve disputes effectively.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management principles to foster positive community relations.
- Understanding of legal issues related to homeowners' associations is a plus.
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting community initiatives and enhancing resident satisfaction.
