Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a travel nurse RN Med Surg Supervisor. This is a 13-week contract position, working 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, days.
About the Position
This role requires a current state license as a RN and at least 2 years of recent experience as a Unit Supervisor RN. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to nursing practice and patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve seamless patient care and improved outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance quality of care and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Current state license as a RN.
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Unit Supervisor RN.
