Purpose
The primary goal of this position is to service, install and provide support (internally and externally) regarding online components and software of multifamily systems. This position will assist the Electronics installation team and provide lock service as time permits.

- Internal support person for multifamily housing hardware and software
- Lead resource for managing wireless lock installation projects
- Assist with additional lock and electronic installs and service
Job Duties & Expectations
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Primary Resource for service on wireless lock HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
- Troubleshoot issues with wireless lock hardware and software.
- Work to minimize, ideally eliminate, same day wireless lock service calls.
- Educate customers on how to use the technology.
- Educate yourself on wireless lock hardware and software.
- Train for and obtain manufacturer certifications for product offerings as necessary.
- Manage daily schedule and work with customers directly to best accommodate their requests.
- Using initiative and accountability to service accounts by providing them with high quality security solutions.
Internal SUPPORT FOR Wireless lock HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
- Provide support regarding wireless lock hardware and software.
- Assist in education and development of additional teammates on wireless lock systems.
- Assist and advise on new product research and recommendations.
LEAD resource for managing Wireless Lock INSTALLATION PROJECTS
- Project Management of all hardwired electronic components of the system, including wiring and controller installation.
- Lead programming of software and fobs.
- Lead the setup and training of software with end users.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external customers, ensuring all projects are completed smoothly from initial site survey to project completion and customer training.
- Assist with the installation of wireless locks as necessary.
Assist with additional lock and electronic installs and service
- Assist with commercial lock service
- Troubleshoot doors, door hardware, locks, etc.
- Perform lock and door service, which may include rekeying locks.
- Timely and accurately update and complete work orders via OMS process flow.
- Participate in low-voltage security installations (Access Control, IP Video/CCTV/Video Surveillance, Burglar/Security Alarm Systems, Intercoms, etc).
- Contribute to all physical aspects of the installation process (planning, wiring, devicing, programming, testing, training, troubleshooting, etc).
- Adhere to company standards during installations.

- Basic knowledge of Wireless Access Control Software and ability to troubleshoot said software
