Roles & Responsibilities :
- QuickBooks data entry and management.
- Generating invoices, appropriately booking AP / AR transactions.
- Input, update, manage, and review data in Confident LIMS.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness for every order.
- Perform regular checks to ensure data trends are accurate.
- Work with laboratory staff to ensure all data is received and entered in a timely manner.
- Update the internal inventory database.
- Any other tasks assigned by administrative management as needed.
