Key Responsibilities:
- Remedy Kronos Telestaff security issues and format schema to industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all departmental directives and union contract rules.
- Transfer knowledge to administrators on best Telestaff practices, including proper security assignments.
- Work directly with union officials to ensure complete acceptance and compliance.
- Remedy conflicts in Telestaff configuration rules.
- Assist in training and knowledge transfer to the new configuration management team.
- Modify officer callback assignments to support expanded functionality.
- Support the formation of specialized callback groups and rules.
- Maintain specialized assignments and minimum hour work rules.
- Ensure that training and documentation are current and accurate.
- Provide expert-level support in resolving any Telestaff issues that may arise.
- Assist in the transition from a server-based system to a cloud-hosted environment using Kronos Workforce Central.
- Minimum of 10 years of direct Telestaff experience.
- Proven expertise in configuring complex law enforcement work rules in Telestaff.
- Working relationship with Kronos and ability to troubleshoot technical issues directly with the vendor.
- In-depth understanding of union rules and compliance requirements.
- Experience working directly with union leadership to ensure acceptance and compliance.
- Trained on all aspects of Telestaff management and configuration on the vendor’s site.
- Experience resolving Telestaff security issues and formatting schema to best practices.
- Ability to guide administrators on best practices for security and rule configuration.
- Experience transitioning from server-based to cloud-based Telestaff systems.
- Ability to assist in the creation and configuration of callback specialized groups and functions.
- Strong documentation and training skills.
