Job Description :
- Participate in the entire proposal process, from initial planning to final submission.
- Review and interpret RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitation documents to understand client needs and evaluation criteria.
- Create detailed content plans, outlines, and schedules to address all aspects of the proposal effectively.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other team members to gather necessary information.
- Write and edit key proposal sections, including technical and management sections, resumes, and past performance stories.
- Conduct internal reviews to check proposal readiness, identify gaps, and ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other standards.
- Oversee the compilation and submission of proposals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize and maintain proposal documents for future reference and compliance audits.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for proposal development and quality standards.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
