ASSYST is seeking a Business Analyst-2 to support our client project in Austin, TX. This is a 100% Remote but only local to Texas are accepted. Responsibilities Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with a certain degree of creativity and latitude. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for independent judgment. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs to align with business strategies. Experienced in business process reengineering and identifying new technology applications to improve business effectiveness. Familiar with business process mapping and reengineering techniques. Prepares solution options, identifies risks, and performs financial analyses such as cost / benefit, ROI, buy / build. Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify programs. Performs complex business analysis work, coordinating the gathering, development, and documentation of business requirements. Identifies issues and risks in projects, develops test cases, and provides training on projects and business processes. Provides technical input on project documents, communicates business processes and workflow diagrams, and identifies inefficiencies. Documents business processes and requirements. Requirements : 4 years of experience 4-7 years of experience as a senior Business Analyst (Technical) with familiarity in standard concepts, practices, and procedures.Ability to mentor and provide consultation and direction to the peers. 2 years of experience as a data analyst analyzing raw data using tools like Excel and Tableau. Ability to analyze and interpret technical information, including regulations, policy, and automation system documentation / specifications. 4 years of experience Ability to communicate in writing, translating user / business needs into a technical style, and communicate technical instructions to system users. 4 years of experience Ability to plan and coordinate individual and group work activities. 4 years of experience Ability to detect and diagnose application problems. 4 years of experience Ability to create technical designs for solutions to problems. 4 years of experience Ability to work professionally with a broad range of stakeholders. 4 years of experience Ability to prepare concise business requirements, technical specifications documents, and related artifacts. 4 years of experience ASSYST is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
