Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for employees and clients.
- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Perform Process Audits and assess training needs.
- Customize programs to meet specific requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure training aligns with company goals and objectives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role (3 years)
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
