PTS Advance is seeking an experienced I&E Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our I&E Technicians in the field, providing mentorship and coaching to enhance their technical skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a wealth of field experience. Your role will focus on building up the skills of our technicians while ensuring safety and efficiency in all field operations
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on mentorship and coaching to I&E Technicians in the field
- Support the development and execution of training programs to improve technical skills
- Assist in writing and revising standard operating procedures for I&E tasks
- Share expertise to foster knowledge transfer and ensure best practices are followed
- Work alongside the technical team to identify areas for improvement and deliver targeted training sessions
- Help maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance in all field activities
- Qualifications & Skills
- 10 years of experience in the I&E field
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in I&E systems, tools, and procedures
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and build skills in a team environment
- Experience in writing technical procedures and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
