Compensation range for onsite WA applicants is $32.00 to $36.00 per hour. All applicants are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring completion of necessary paperwork, and coordinating with other departments to facilitate smooth integration
- Communicate and embody AST’s Mission, Vision, Purpose, Values, and Key Behaviors.
- Coordinate and schedule HR-related meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Assist the HR department in the performance evaluation process.
- Assist HR department in the processing of payroll accurately and timely.
- Assist in ensuring the accuracy of payroll records, including employee information, time and attendance data, and payroll transactions.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Regularly audit and ensure employee records, benefit sites, compliance posters, and all HRIS are up to date, accurate, and following record retention policies.
- Pass all assigned/required certifications and/or courses.
- Assist HR department in compiling information for HR-related reports and presentations.
- Track HR KPI’s to measure HR effectiveness and productivity.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- High School Diploma Required (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Active APHR and SHRM-CP certification(s) or must be willing/able to take and pass within 1 year of start date.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
- Strong administrative skills – accurate, organized, thorough, and systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a variety of conflicting priorities and stay on top of requirements.
- Self-motivated, proactive, energetic, dependable, honest.
- Ability to create a positive, lasting impression of professional service to all internal and external customers.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take and successfully pass a drug test.
