You’ll also be responsible for data entry and management within CRM and ERP tools like Spiro and NetSuite, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Collaboration with the marketing team is another key aspect of this role. The Inside Sales Representative will help distribute and create content that addresses customer questions, follow up on leads, and assess lead satisfaction through surveys. They will also participate in trade shows, assisting with customer engagement and promoting the company’s solutions.
This is a full-time, year-round, onsite position. Position responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Handling customer and end user requests through phone, email and social media
- Create quotes for Business Consultants for equipment packages, parts, geogrid, etc
- Conduct project searches on construction database to generate leads for manufacturers
- Coordinate shipments with customers, sales, and operations team
- Attend trade shows and events to promote the brands
- Update technology systems to ensure all customer data is up-to-date
- Conduct surveys and review data (block counts, lead response, etc)
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- You have strong attention to detail and can accurately manage customer orders, quotes, and logistics.
- Are highly organized and can efficiently track and update customer information in CRM tools like Spiro and NetSuite.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
- Have excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
- You are adaptable and open to learning new tools, systems, and processes to improve sales efficiency.
