Executive Assistant opportunity with growing PE fund. This role supports a team of executives in a fast paced, collaborative, dynamic environment. A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives and being in office 5 days a week is required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Flawlessly manage each Executive’s busy calendars with numerous meetings, calls and travel arrangements, paying attention to special preferences and needs 80% of responsibility devoted to time management and related travel scheduling
- Provide administrative support to team leaders, including calendar and expenses
- Effectively act as a gatekeeper and general deputy of time, fielding internal and external scheduling requests and providing recommendations that are aligned with Executives’ priorities
- Act as liaison between company employees, high-profile affiliates and C-Level Executives of both prospects and existing portfolio companies
- Monitor Executives’ inbox and help with email flow
- Work with the admin team on various work-related projects
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal partners
- Anticipate Executives’ needs by consistently staying two (or ten!) steps ahead
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans as well as itineraries and agendas
- Assist with presentations, talks and media communications
- Manage meeting agendas, notes and minutes, and follow-up items
REQUIREMENTS:
- Five years of administrative support experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced, managing multiple priorities and fluid calendars
- Highly organized and able to anticipate needs
- Experience in the financial services industry
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
