ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervision of mid-level Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists
- Conduct and oversee functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Provide clinical supervision of ABA treatment programs (e.g., treatment design/modification, ongoing analyses, ensuring treatment fidelity, etc.).
- Provide training/consultation/support for direct interventionist staff
- Complete or support in the completion of progress reports
- Conduct caregiver education and training
- Attend monthly clinical team and professional development meetings
- Timely submission of billing requirements, clinical notes, reports, and other materials
- Conduct quality assurance checks and address clinical concerns as needed.
- Maintain consistent and reliable communication with all team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
- Active BCBA certification, in good standing (if you are pursuing to become a BCBA, you are welcome to apply)
- Master's degree in Psychology or in a related field (e.g., Child Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.)
- Previous clinical experience within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Previous experience working with software platforms for data collection, program development, and report writing requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- TB clearance.
- Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
