Pega Lead(Only w2)

Princeton, NJ (Day 1 Onsite Hybrid)

Minimum 10 Years of Experience required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Technical Design / Development and Code Reviews
Responsible for architecture liaison, design and development of business applications using PRPC V8.x.
Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional , performance and business requirements as well as best practices defined by the team / organization / industry.
Has an advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC V8.x tools and leads development activities in an Agile-SCRUM based work environment.
Ability to translate business requirements into design / application builds and guide the development teams
Performance tuning.
Drives delivery of assigned tasks on schedule without compromising the quality.
Leads and coordinates with cross teams in the project and promotes the use of best practices and tools.
Build reusable Components and frameworks
Enterprise Architecture Liaison
Establishing coding / Design best practices & guidelines

EDUCATION :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience.
