Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Technical Design / Development and Code Reviews
- Responsible for architecture liaison design and development of business applications using PRPC V8.x.
- Ensures delivered work meets technical functional performance and business requirements as well as best practices defined by the team / organization / industry.
- Has an advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC V8.x tools and leads development activities in an AgileSCRUM based work environment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into design / application builds and guide the development teams
- Performance tuning.
- Drives delivery of assigned tasks on schedule without compromising the quality.
- Leads and coordinates with cross teams in the project and promotes the use of best practices and tools.
- Build reusable Components and frameworks
- Enterprise Architecture Liaison
- Establishing coding / Design best practices & guidelines
