This product is exciting and highly sought after in communities across the US.Job DescriptionThis position requires someone who has the ability to multitask and prioritize as the position has many diverse responsibilities. Prior sales support is required as you will interact with the sales team daily and need an understanding of sales processes. You will need to be a quick study and not afraid to learn from hands-on training and also needs to have excellent attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and assign leads to the sales team including prospecting for new leads.Conduct field surveys at eligible apartment complexes in the region to promote the productManage the flow of incoming leads.Create and maintain sales reports.Analyze lead data, conversion rates, cost of leads, etc.Work as a liaison with other groups in the company to help improve sales processes.Essential SkillsSalesCustomer serviceAccount managementSales supportSales administrationSalesforce.comPrior sales support experience including reporting, lead tracking, list management, etc.Excellent attention to detailIntermediate / advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelOnline research experiencePrevious experience with ACT!, Goldmine, Salesforce.com, or other SFA toolsWork EnvironmentThis is a field-based role. You will spend your time 4-5 days a week getting surveys filled out to gain interest in this locker program. The position is based in Los Angeles. There is a chance to get in on the ground floor with an exciting new product / program for our Pickups and Returns org. There is a high likelihood of extension for up to a 2-year contractPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
