Work with one of the Nation's leaders in providing progressive, quality patient care. This five-time Magnet-Recognized health system company, is comprised of 2 hospitals and is looking for a Workday Configurations Specialist to join their team.
What youll do :
- Configure and customize Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Absence, Payroll, Benefits)
- Provide day-to-day Workday support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving configuration challenges
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards
- Develop test plans and conduct testing for Workday changes, including patches, upgrades, and new feature rollouts
- Coordinate with end-users and stakeholders during testing phases to gather feedback and ensure successful deployment
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and updates
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users as needed
- Act as a liaison between technical and functional teams to translate business needs into effective configurations
- Stay updated on Workday best practices, new features, and industry trends
