Urgently Hiring a Project Administrator for a leading Construction & Environmental company located in Farmingdale, NY!
This is a full time Monday-Friday position with flexible hours! No weekends or late nights!
This position provides competitive weekly pay and extensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k options.
Job Description :
- Collects and compiles all field personnel job tickets & expenses and reviews for accuracy
- Organizes tickets and submits to payroll department
- Assists with preparing billing for Construction and completing required AIA and contract documents
- Researches sub-contractors online and contacts for pricing for all new construction jobs
- Orders equipment and material
- Schedules sub-contractors for projects as needed and requested by Project Managers
- Updates the Subcontractor List and coordinates Subcontractor Agreements
- Sets up projects and maintains accurate project files, with the vital information regarding the site / project
- Administrative Responsibilities : scanning, typing correspondence, copying, filing
- Job Costing pulling PM Job Cost reports and makes necessary changes
- Travel Arrangements for field employees
