Actively hiring for an HR Specialist to join the team at this major Sports Equipment Manufacturer in Lake Forest! This candidate will be assisting in all aspects of the HR department including talent acquisition, employee retention, employee records, grievances and a variety of other functions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR along with some experience working in HR and is bilingual in Spanish!

Necessary Experience/Skills:

- 6 months experience working in an HR capacity
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
A Day in the Role:
- Recruit, interview, and onboard employees
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies
- Manage employee benefits and compensation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide HR support to employees and management
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and reviews
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee disciplinary actions and grievances.
