Description
The Group Inventory Control Analyst will manage the Inventory Control personnel and the inventory activities across all facilities within the organization. This position will be responsible for tracking systems, analyzing stock levels, forecasting, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient inventory flow. This position has a key role in inventory audits and will be involved in implementing inventory management systems group-wide.
Manage group inventory portfolios and manage a team of inventory professionals
Set direction for inventory policies and procedures by working closely with Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover
Develop and execute inventory strategies that support the company’s financial and operational goals
Provide input in high-level decision-making regarding stock
Ensures department goals are met and adheres to an approved budget
Resolve escalated issues
Responsible for training and development of team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required (preferably Supply Chain)
Certifications in Inventory Control Management are preferred
Minimum 5 - 7 years work experience in a similar role, including inventory management and analysis
Experience with WMS and barcode or RFID systems preferred
Excellent understanding of inventory control concepts
Strong leadership skills, ability to learn and apply new concepts
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in hands-on implementation of inventory control management programs and solutions
Strong analytical, project, and product management skills
Ability to organize and plan the use of time and people effectively and efficiently
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00 / yr.
