Are you a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of inventory control management and budgeting? We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly analytical Permanent Group Inventory Control Analyst to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading manufacturing company, where you will play a key role in optimizing our inventory processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities :
As a Permanent Group Inventory Control Analyst, you will be responsible for :
1. Developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Managing and maintaining our inventory system, ensuring all inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
3. Utilizing WMS and RFID systems to track, monitor, and manage inventory.
4. Collaborating with various departments to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels.
5. Conducting regular inventory audits and providing detailed reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and adjustments.
6. Assisting in the preparation and management of the annual budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and potential inventory issues.
7. Leading and participating in cross-functional projects to improve overall inventory management and reduce costs.
8. Providing training and support to other team members on inventory control procedures and systems.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role, you will need :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control management within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in managing and optimizing WMS and RFID systems.
3. Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
6. Strong experience in budget management and forecasting.
7. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is required.
9. APICS certification is preferred but not required.
We are looking for a candidate who is not only competent in the technical aspects of inventory management but also has a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement in our inventory processes. Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
