We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to assist with monitoring our Learning Management System (LMS) for compliance and completion of required training modules, including tracking new hire training. This role provides recruitment support by tracking and processing pre-employment requirements, scheduling interviews, posting new positions, conducting new hire orientations, and supporting the onboarding process. The successful candidate will assist with monitoring I-9 compliance, ensuring all documentation is current, and coordinate with local HR representatives or employees as needed. Additionally, this role ensures that all HR policies and procedures are current and updated, maintains a catalogue of job descriptions, and provides administrative support for HR-related tasks and employee engagement activities.
Responsibilities
Assist with monitoring Learning Management System (LMS) for compliance and completion of required training modules, including tracking new hire training.
Provide recruitment support by tracking and processing pre-employment requirements, scheduling interviews, posting new positions, conducting new hire orientations, and supporting the onboarding process.
Assist with monitoring I-9 compliance by running monthly reports to ensure all documentation is current, and coordinate with local HR representatives or employees for receipt of current documentation.
Ensure that all policies and procedures in the HR / Company shared drive (Intranet) are current and updated as needed under the direction of the HR Business Partner or HR Director.
Maintain and update a catalogue of job descriptions for each location.
Answer and direct HR mainline phone calls and incoming faxes / emails.
Receive and distribute HR mail.
Proofread and create documents and correspondence, forms, flyers, or postings produced by the department.
Provide support for employee transfers, changes in job classification / title, and other related employment paperwork and processes as directed by the HR Business Partner.
Assist with preparation of human resource reports such as open positions, new hire, and turnover reports.
Ensure all labor law posters are current and manage our account.
Provide support with employee engagement activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The dress code is business casual. The work hours are typically Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours as necessary. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 / hr.
