Job Title : Inventory Optimization Analyst
Job Description
Our US locations and vertical operations manage a networked inventory of maintenance spare parts and we need someone to execute administrative tasks associated with managing this interconnected inventory. You will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to review lists of part orders, assess current stocking strategies, and route orders to appropriate vendors or breweries. This role is production-critical, requiring meticulous adherence to our defined processes, structured routine data review, and comfort with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Review daily list of new orders in SAP and perform full evaluation / release of each line to the appropriate supplier.
- Perform parts master data adjustments as needed.
- Pull part consumption data from SAP and summarize material usage, trends, and patterns.
- Learn the concepts of core working capital and our strategy to reduce it.
- Interface with and field questions from our brewery storeroom attendants.

Work Environment
This role is on-site, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. You will be part of the Inventory Optimization team supporting North American Maintenance.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.00 / hr.
