Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Systems Monitoring Specialist to join our Global Technical Support team. In this role, you will monitor alerts from our connected devices, providing Tier 1 support to diagnose and resolve issues promptly. You will collaborate closely with our Customer Experience Team to ensure seamless service delivery, manage case queues, and maintain accurate reporting. Your problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor system alerts and provide timely Tier 1 support for troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to escalate issues as needed.
- Manage case queues and generate reports to track resolution timelines.
- Train and support team members on monitoring systems and procedures.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers via phone, email, and chat.
