Job Title : Operations Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Analyst to bridge the gap between our customer success and sales team. This role involves working primarily with Salesforce to report on open sales opportunities, generate custom dashboards and reports, assist with task and opportunity tracking, and build resources for the customer success and sales teams. The Operations Analyst will also collaborate with the sales team to request missing information, perform data clean-up, and coordinate with the sales director on reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Report on open sales opportunities in Salesforce.
- Generate custom dashboards and reports.
- Assist with task and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the sales team to request and input missing information in Salesforce.
- Build resources in Salesforce for the customer success and sales teams.
- Coordinate with the sales director to determine important reporting capabilities.
- Perform data clean-up in Salesforce by removing duplicate contacts and cleaning up accounts.
- Track term numbers, onboarding efforts, and quote-to-cash statistics for the sales team.
- Generate reports to send to stakeholders.

Work Environment
The Operations Analyst will work in an office setting, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm. The dress code is business casual.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.85
