Job Title : Order Processing / Account Management Specialist

Job Description

As an Order Processing / Account Management Specialist, you will be responsible for promptly entering purchase orders to meet or exceed agreed service levels. You will partner with Leads to ensure achievement of service level agreements, track orders, and ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will identify process gaps and collaborate with the customer experience team to resolve them, ensuring all actions align with our strategy. You will also escalate issues timely to ensure agility and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Enter purchase orders promptly to meet or exceed service levels.
  • Partner with Leads to guarantee achievement of service level agreements.
  • Ensure order entry, tracking, and delivery are on track and orders are completed in full.
  • Provide status updates throughout the order processing cycle.
  • Identify gaps in processes and partner with the customer experience team to resolve them.
  • Align actions with the overall strategy.
  • Escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.

Essential Skills

  • 3 years of experience in a dynamic, multi-tasking position.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience with an ERP System (open to any, currently using MS Dynamics).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Understanding when escalation is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and successfully handle multiple priorities.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Leader in promoting an engaging work environment.
  • Utilizes data (KPIs) to drive business results.
  • Experience working on an international team.
  • Work Environment

    This position requires being onsite at the Fairfield office five days a week, from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. This role is based at the global headquarters for our client's consumer products line, providing opportunities for career growth and participation in a rotational program.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00
