Job Description)
A local family-owned insurance company is currently hiring a skilled leader in the insurance space to take on a leadership role in their pension department as a Pension Manager. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Defined Benefit (DB) and Pension space.
Pay - $25 / hr. - $27 / hr.
Location - Spokane, WA (100% onsite; Monday - Friday)
Schedule - 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM PST
Contract Duration - 4-Months Contract-To-Hire
Primary Duties)
- Ensure accurate and timely calculation of pension benefits for clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the programming team and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Lead the implementation of new client pension plans, ensuring all requirements are met and processes are followed.
- Pull and analyze reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the legal team to draft and review pension-related documentation.
- Organize and coordinate meetings between internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project management.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the pensions team to ensure that timelines are met efficiently and accurately.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 / hr.
