Description
Our client is seeking a regional sales manager to help expand their business presence and lead sales representatives. This role involves supporting a few regional sales representatives and identifying new business opportunities and building out the operation. Some travel may be required for client meetings, trade shows, and training new hires on a as needed basis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities and clients in various markets.
- Support and collaborate with regional sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the capital equipment industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Travel to client sites, trade shows, and other events as required to promote products and services.
- Train and mentor new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to upper management.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00 / hr.
