- Identify and proactively solve problems within Salesforce.
- Engage with leadership to discuss and implement efficiencies within Salesforce.
- Pull and analyze data from Salesforce to identify areas for improvement and communicate these insights effectively.
- Assess current usage of Salesforce and lead the planning and implementation of best practices.
- Train users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
- Proactive problem-solving skills within Salesforce.
- Strong ability to communicate and engage with leadership.
- Experience in data analysis and storytelling to drive improvements.
- Sales analysis and Salesforce automation expertise.
- Foundational knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Experience in training users on Salesforce.
