Job Title : Technical Support SpecialistJob Description
We are looking for an Integrations Technical Specialist to assist our Restaurant Integrations team in certifying, launching, and supporting merchant integrations.
Responsibilities
Conduct live and offline reviews of integrations built by external partners against our various APIs.
Evaluate integrations to ensure they meet our technical requirements, and communicate feedback for changes or additions.
Configure runtime variables and internal settings for certified partners to ensure they are ready for launch.
Collaborate with the Restaurant Integrations team to update the certification process for scalability and train future Integrations Technical Specialists.
Assist in triaging and addressing technical issues raised by partners and escalated by our support team.
Support the Restaurant Integrations team with additional projects and tasks related to the maintenance of partner integrations, such as aggregating integration data, data entry, and writing technical documentation.
Essential Skills
2 years of experience
Experience with APIs
Strong experience working directly with external partners / clients to share information and resolve issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with both technical (e.g. engineers, product managers) and non-technical audiences (e.g. business leads)
Basic experience with GitHub or other software development tools (e.g. editing runtimes)
Experience with technical support
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with large data sets to triage issues (strong plus)
SQL experience (strong plus)
Experience with technical writing (strong plus)
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Work Environment
Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm PST
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00 / hr.
