Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Quality Assurance : Regularly review and assess the standards of care across all facilities, ensuring consistent adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
- Training & Development : Mentor and coach nursing staff, organize training sessions, and ensure continuous education and development.
- Operational Oversight : Visit each facility regularly to monitor operations, provide feedback, and assist with complex clinical situations.
- Policy Implementation : Introduce, implement, and oversee nursing policies and procedures to guarantee best practices.
- Communication : Serve as the key liaison between facility nursing teams and the company’s upper management, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
- Resource Management : Assist in staff scheduling, evaluate staffing needs, and oversee the procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
- Compliance : Stay updated with current nursing practices and healthcare regulations, ensuring each facility meets state and federal requirements.
- Feedback & Reviews : Conduct performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and devise improvement plans for nursing staff.
- Emergency Response : Act as a primary responder in case of nursing-related emergencies or crises across facilities.
- Resident Relations : Interact with residents and their families, addressing concerns and ensuring the highest level of resident satisfaction.
