Regional Nurse Consultant (Skilled Nursing Facilities – Florida)
Full-Time | Travel Required Between Multiple Facilities
We are actively hiring for a Regional Nurse Consultant job to support clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This job is ideal for a strong RN leader with deep SNF experience and a passion for compliance, mentorship, and quality care.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide clinical guidance and support to facility nursing teams
Ensure compliance with CMS, AHCA, and all federal and state regulations
Oversee infection control, quality assurance, and survey preparedness
Identify performance trends and implement corrective action plans
Support DONs and clinical leaders with audits, education, and clinical operations
Drive excellence in resident care and regulatory outcomes
Collaborate with facility teams and corporate departments to ensure consistent best practices
Job Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Florida
At least 3 years of skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience
DON experience strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of CMS guidelines, F-tags, and clinical documentation standards
Ability to travel regularly between two assigned facilities
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
