Job Overview:
As a Receptionist at Cadillac, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, embodying our brand’s commitment to luxury, sophistication, and exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in setting the tone for our client’s visit and ensuring that they feel welcome, valued, and cared for at all times. Your primary focus will be delivering a seamless, hospitable experience from the moment clients arrive, maintaining a welcoming environment, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently, ensuring every query is addressed or forwarded to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide information on dealership services.
- Ensure the reception area is always neat, inviting, and reflects the luxury standards of our brand.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling customer information.
- Support administrative tasks including handling mail and assisting with special projects as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Anticipate customer needs and exceed their expectations to create a memorable, personalized experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a luxury or high-end environment.
