- Manage and coordinate the activities of the Service Desk tea m
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests in accordance with defined SLA s
- Provide technical support and guidance to the Service Desk tea m
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvemen t
- Work heavily with BMC Remedy and Heli x
- Participate in project planning and implementation related to the Service Des k
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT service managemen t

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field s
- Minimum four (4) years of experience administering, maintaining, and developing BMC Helix IT Service Management Softwar e
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification, required
