We are looking for a qualified candidate to work as a full-time BMC Remedy / Helix Service Desk Professional with experience for a Government client in Washington, DC. Must be a BMC Certified Professional and have ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification. Candidates need to have a Public Trust Clearance. This position is 100% Remote.
BMC Remedy / Helix Service Desk Professional Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience administering, maintaining, and developing BMC Helix IT Service Management Software.
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification is required.
- BMC Certified Professional certification is required.
