Astound Broadband powered by Wave is a leading provider of cutting-edge technology and communications services. We are seeking a skilled Broadband Operations Manager to join our team and lead our broadband operations team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of our broadband network. You'll work closely with supervisors and technicians to resolve escalations and complete specialized work orders. Effective communication with leadership and dispatch teams is essential, as well as participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of experience as a Technician in the Telecommunications industry, with 6 months of satisfactory metrics working with Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial (HFC) networks. Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and basic computer skills is also required.
