">Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and disconnecting data, video, and phone services on customer premises.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Install, service, and disconnect data, video, and phone services on customer premises
- Assist supervisors and technicians with escalations and specialized work orders
- Communicate effectively with leadership and dispatch as needed
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- 2 years of experience as a Technician in the Telecommunications industry
- 6 months of satisfactory metrics with Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial (HFC) network experience preferred
- Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and basic computer skills
- Experience with power tools, reading and interpreting NIMS and AutoCAD maps
- Mastery of phone/IP networks and POS systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record compliant with company policy
